SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) FOR THE BERGRIVIER MUNICIPAL STORES FROM 01 JULY 2027 UNTIL 30 JUNE 2030

Overview

Supply & delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from 01 July 2027 to 30 June 2030. Open tender open to service providers with PPE supply experience and ability to meet the specification, including compliance with local procurement rules (CSD, TCS, BBBEE), and the capacity to supply to a municipal store environment.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: not required (N/A).
• Registration/compliance: bidders must be registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN/CSD number; SARS tax matters in order.
• Documentation: submit MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 10; include BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; OHSA good standing; Form of Indemnity; Pricing Schedule; Form of Offer; Declaration by Tenderer.
• Financials: prices must be VAT inclusive; bid validity 120 days; pricing as per VAT regime; bid evaluation uses 80/20 PPPFA with BBBEE and specific goals.
• Other: bids must be in black ink on original documents; site/briefing is compulsory; documents available on the municipality’s site or for a non-refundable R70 (see tender doc)."
