SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) FOR THE BERGRIVIER MUNICIPAL STORES FROM 01 JULY 2027 UNTIL 30 JUNE 2030

Overview

Supply & delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from 01 July 2027 until 30 June 2030. Bidders should be PPE suppliers with municipal/public sector procurement experience and relevant certifications (CSD registration, Tax Compliance PIN, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with Tax Compliance Status PIN and CSD registration number; submit with bid (TCS Pin/CSD).
• Original certified BBBEE Certificate or BBBEE Sworn Affidavit; if not submitted, 0 points for BBBEE.
• Complete and sign all forms in the tender documentation (e.g., MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 10) plus Authority to Sign, Form of Indemnity, Pricing Schedule, Form of Offer, Declaration by Tenderer; OHSA form and Letter of Good Standing.
• Prices must be VAT inclusive; preference points 80/20 (price 80; specific goals 10; BBBEE 10) per the SCM policy (MBD 6.1).
• CIDB grading: not required (NO LEVEL/CATEGORY).
• Supplier must obtain a valid, original bid document and note that late, faxed, or emailed quotations will not be accepted.
• Performance security required if awarded; term/conditions as per GCC SCC.
• Site briefing is compulsory; non-attendance may disqualify the bid (site address: 13 Kerk Street, Piketberg).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 02 November 2026 at 12:00.
• Submit in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender No and placed in the Tender Box at Bergrivier Municipal Offices, 13 Kerk Street, Piketberg; bids opened publicly at that time.
• Submission method: hand delivery to the Tender Box (no mail, telegraphic, or faxed bids).
• Documents to complete/submit: the full tender pack (MBD forms 1,4,6.1,8,9,10; Form of Offer; Pricing Schedule; Declaration by Tenderer; Authority to Sign; applicable joint venture forms; OHSA letter; Form of Indemnity).
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD registration with valid TCS Pin and CSD number; Tax clearance; BBBEE (certificate or sworn affidavit); OHSA good standing.
