Overview

Supply and delivery of soft drinks for 4 months to Ushaka Marine World (RFQ DG 390). Bidders should be beverage suppliers with CSD/EThekwini Portal registration and capacity to supply a fixed-price range of beverages (water, sodas, energy drinks, etc.) listed in the RFQ, for a 4-month contract.

Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance status (TCS/PIN) or CSD number; foreign bidders may need Part B3.
• Fully completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and SARS/CSD documentation; pricing schedule; company letterhead.
• Submit on official forms or online; adhere to 80/20 (or 90/10) preference rules.
• Delivery terms: fixed price for 4 months; items ordered as required; delivery within 72 hours after PO.
