Overview

Prequalification for the supply and delivery of staff uniforms, office curtains and stitching charges for Bungoma County (2026-2028). This open prequalification invites eligible suppliers to demonstrate capacity to provide tailoring goods and related services (uniforms, curtains, stitching). Documents can be viewed/downloaded on PPIP or via sub-county offices; a non-refundable fee of 1,000 KSh applies (see TENDER NO. 7 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STAFF UNIFORMS, OFFICE CURTAINS AND STITCHING CHARGES.pdf).

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: meet ITA criteria; no disqualification/debarment; certificate of independent tender determination; no conflicts of interest (see ITA sections in the document).
• Financial capacity: demonstrate liquidity/credit lines; audited financial statements; minimum turnover as defined in Form FIN-3.2 (for JV or singleEntity as applicable).
• Documentation: provide Application Submission Letter; Form ELI-1.1; Form ELI-1.2 (if JV); Form FIN-3.1; Form FIN-3.2; Tax Compliance Certificate; PIN/VAT; Trading License; Certificate of Incorporation; Confidential Business Questionnaire; tender serialized on every page (see Section IV).
• Subcontracting: permissible Specialized Subcontractors with qualifications added to the Applicant’s, where applicable (ITA 25.2).
• Compliance: adhere to anti-corruption, fraud, and competition rules; provide evidence of ownership/control as requested.

• Submission: sealed envelope, marked with TENDER NUMBER, delivered or posted to Bungoma County by 29 June 2026 (10:00 local time per PDS). Electronic submission not indicated.
