Overview

This RFQ seeks the supply and delivery of tool straight wrench, spanner, hammer & chisel. The scope includes multiple hand tools (e.g., pipe wrenches, open-end spanners, hammers, chisels) with specified standards (SANS/ISO). Bidders should be manufacturers or distributors capable of providing datasheets, brand names, and compliance documentation. Specific goal: SMME status (EME/QSE, 51%+ black ownership). Requirements

• Manufacture datasheet and brand names for all items; samples may be requested.
• Mandatory attachments: datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality requirements.
• No RFQ from persons in the state service; not blacklisted; quotes on company letterhead; PDFs only.
• Returnable documents include Original Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate/affidavit, municipal rates, MBD forms 4/8/9/6.1, CSD supplier number, and company registration docs.
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 17 July 2026 at 12:00; submit via the e-tender portal (etenders.gov.za) using CSD credentials. If issues, contact the eTender Centre.
