Overview

Supply and delivery of unwrapped 2 ply white toilet paper 350 sheets to Midlands Regional Office. This RFQ is open to suppliers of toilet tissue or related facilities-management products, who are registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and have valid tax clearance. Bidders should also have appropriate B-BBEE status (or sworn affidavit) to claim preferences.

Requirements

• Compliance with bid regulations: CSD registration and tax compliance; provide SARS PIN or CSD number.
• Central Suppliers Database registration and accurate data, with updates if needed.
• B-BBEE status: provide sworn affidavit or B-BBEE certificate (for EMEs/QSEs to qualify for preference points).
• Disclosure: bidders must complete and submit official bid documents (SBD forms) and be free of state-service restrictions.
• No participation by persons in the state or close connections that would cause disqualification.
• Delivery to Midlands Regional Office, 40 Shepstone Road, Ladysmith 3370, within the specified period; include all delivery costs in the price.
• All pricing on the official forms (SBD 1, SBD 3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, etc.), and adherence to the GCC/SCC where applicable.
• Special conditions evident in the bid documents (see attached).
