Overview

This tender seeks the supply and delivery of virtual reality simulation equipment for False Bay TVET College's 4IR Lab. Open-tender; suitable for VR hardware suppliers and educational technology providers with capacity to supply to a college.

Requirements

• Non-refundable tender deposit of R300; payment proof required before documents are emailed.
• Request banking details to purchase the Tender Document; documents emailed electronically after payment (proof required).
• Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted.
• Tenders must be submitted on the issued tender documentation.
• College reserves the right to award in whole or in part, or not to the lowest bid.
• 80/20 preference points: price (80), goals (20).
• Functionality criteria apply; bids will be assessed against additional criteria.
• Compulsory online clarification/briefing session (MS Teams) on 04 September 2026; interest must be registered by 3 September 2026 13:00; login details provided by email (meeting will be locked at 11:10).
