• Key personnel: Contract Manager (NQF4 in Coal Related Industry or Electric Boiler, ≥5 years) and Contract Supervisor (NQF4, ≥3 years); CVs to be appended
• Financial: Bank rating Code C; enquiry amount ≥ R3,000,000
• Documentation: CIPRO certificate, Letter of Good Standing, tax compliance, SBD forms, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, and proof of CSD registration
• Returnable documents: Form of Offer and Acceptance, Contract Data, Schedule of Tests Lab, Schedule of Coal Mine, Schedule of Key Personnel, Bank Rating, Records of Addenda, etc.
