Overview

Supply, delivery, refill and service of council fire extinguishers cabinets for a 3-year period to Makhado Local Municipality. Bidders should have electrical contracting capabilities and metal fabrication/installation experience to supply, install, maintain and refill fire extinguisher cabinets across the municipality.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 03EP or higher
• ORHVS certificate (modules 1–10) or HVO-level 04
• Wireman’s license (three-phase/master installer) valid
• Proof of Department of Labour registration as electrical contractor with IE or ME
• SARS tax clearance PIN
• CK company registration documents
• Certified copies of owner IDs (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of municipal rates clearance or lease/letter from traditional authority for non-rateable areas
• Copy of CSD full report; all suppliers must be registered on CSD
• NB: all service providers must register on the CSD; certified copies only
