SUPPLY, DELIVERY, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF THE DRONE SYSTEM FOR INSPECTION AND APPLICATION IN FOSSIL POWER PLANTS AT ESKOM RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

Overview

Supply, delivery, training, and technical support of the drone system for inspection and application in fossil power plants at Eskom Research and Development for the period of twelve (12) months. Bidders should be drone/UAV system providers with hardware, software, training and maintenance capabilities, and demonstrable experience in industrial boiler/plant inspection; must implement an Eskom-compliant quality management system (ISO 9001) and meet procurement requirements (CIDB, tax clearance, CSD) and Eskom integrity/safety conditions.

Requirements

• Eligibility: comply with Tender Data; not under any restriction to do business with Eskom or State-Owned Companies; no 100% subcontracting.
• Quality and safety: implement a QMS per ISO 9001 (QM 58) with pre/post-contract quality plans/audits; comply with Eskom Safety/Life-Saving Rules and Supplier Integrity Pact; environmental requirements.
• Documentation: complete SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4) and Annexures A–D (and other local-content declarations if applicable).
• Pre-qualifications: CIDB registration where applicable; valid tax clearance and company registration (CSD); ensure CIDB status is in line with tender data.
• Submissions: electronic via Eskom e-tendering; questions/clarifications in writing; non-mandatory clarification session.
