Quotation for supply/development, customization, delivery and implementation of an ECL (Expected Credit Loss) model in terms of GRAP 104 for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. Suitable for firms with GRAP 104/ECL modeling expertise in financial reporting systems, including software development or consultancy, willing to meet local-content and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Copy/tax clearance pin (SARS) – Compulsory
• Copy of current municipal account (not older than 3 months) or copy of valid lease or tribal-authority letter (if applicable) – Compulsory
• Valid CSD summary report – Compulsory
• All forms completed in full: MBD3.1, Form of Offer, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, and Board Resolution – Compulsory
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) required
• Local content/production requirement in line with Regulation 8(2) and NT Circular 69
