Requirements

• Capability to recondition the Palfinger PK 24000 crane and install on a Cat D6, including load testing and certification.
• Compliance and registrations: CSD/MAAA number, tax/VAT compliance, SARS status pin.
• Preferential procurement: complete SBD 6.1; BBB-EE/SANAS-CIPC accredited BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit; ownership/disadvantaged status documentation; Medical certificate if disability is claimed.
• Brand-neutral approach: where brand pictures appear, similar/equivalent equipment acceptable.
• Delivery/price terms: prices must be firm unless stated otherwise; include all delivery and taxes in bid; quotes valid for 90 days from RFQ close (note discrepancy with metadata’s 8-day validity).
