Overview

Supply, installation and commissioning of PC boards for Daikin HVAC components (Daikin Main PCB, Daikin Main Sub PCB, Daikin Inverter PCBs) and related labour, for Ugu District Municipality. Bidders with electronics/electrical engineering, PCB supply/distribution and HVAC installation capabilities should bid. Itemized: 3x Daikin Main PCB, 3x Main Sub PCB, 1x Inverter PCB 18p, 1x Inverter PCB 12p, plus labour; delivery after order. This is an Open Tender with a closing deadline of 22 Oct 2026.

Requirements

• Compliance with GCC and any Special Conditions; - Submit on official forms MBD1 (Parts A/B), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, and MBD9; - Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and a SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) or tax clearance; - CIPC registration; up-to-date IDs for directors/owners; VAT number; - Evidence for PPPFA Specific Goals (ownership and local/other goals) with required certificates/affidavits; - Proof of municipal service payments as applicable; - Declaration forms and proof of disability if claiming goals; - Bids must be sealed, deposited by 12:00 on 22 Oct 2026 (no fax/emailed/late submissions); quotation valid for 30 days from closing date; - Not in the service of the state; Council may accept whole/part and reject all.
