Requirements

• CIDB registration in an ME Class of construction works with a grading designation equal to or higher than that determined by the tender value.
• Completion of Annexure MBD 6.1 for B-BBEE, and submission of original or certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates.
• Proof of locality to claim locality points.
• Tenders to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SCM84/26/27…” and deposited in the tender box at the Municipal Head Offices, Malmesbury, before 11:00 on 22 October 2026.
• Hard copy tender documents require a cash fee of R102; electronic documents available on request at no charge.
• Evaluation will use the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Point System; subject to the General and any applicable Special Conditions of Tender; no obligation to accept the lowest bid.
