Overview

Johannesburg Water invites bids to supply, install, configure, maintain and support an STS prepaid vending system including vendor management for 36 months. The open-tender targets bidders with STS/prepaid vending system expertise, capable of systems integration, hardware installation, ongoing maintenance, and vendor management. Requirements

• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; tax compliance status; COIDA/municipal good standing as applicable.
• Registration: Central Supplier Database (CSD) and relevant registrations; eligibility to contract with state entities.
• Documentation: complete and sign MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9; MBD 6.1/6.2 for preference goals.
• Specific goals: 80/20 evaluation; 20 points for Specific Goals (10 for women-owned 51%+, 10 for black-owned 51%+).
• Authorized signatory: Certificate of Authority or similar board resolution; signatory must be authorized.
• Additional: evidence of past SCM compliance; Site/ demo as required; OHSE, Public Liability/Professional Indemnity where applicable.
• Competitive requirements: bids from persons in the service of the State are disqualified.
