Bidders should have proven capability in security CCTV hardware/software installation, network video recording, and ongoing maintenance across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and qualifications in supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV systems (cameras, NVRs, control-room workstation).
• Provide a 3-year maintenance and warranty plan and ensure bid remains valid for 90 days.
• Submit itemized pricing per the CCTV BOQ (Annex 2) with VAT treatment and totals.
• Complete Local Content Declarations (Annex C, D and E) per SATS 1286.2011.
• Evidence of ability to deliver across 15 Northern Cape sites and comply with TOR.
