Overview

Supply, installation and commissioning of urban CCTV cameras and equipment in the Cape Town Metropolitan Area. This procurement targets security/systems integrators with urban CCTV installation capability, including related civil works and project management, for a 36-month contract.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration with a valid certificate and a good standing certificate (to be submitted with the tender).
• Registration on City of Cape Town Supplier Database and on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide proof as part of the tender.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; evidence to be submitted (or documentation for foreign bidders as applicable).
• Demonstrated urban CCTV installation experience; minimum functionality score of 60/100 (Schedule 13A/B with client references).
• Provide required returnable documents (e.g., Schedule 13A/13B for references, Certificates of Independent Bid Determination, etc.) and comply with the SCM policy.
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements; OHSA plan available on request.
• For consortia/JV, separate evidence of each party’s involvement and authority to sign.
