Overview

Procurement: Supply, installation and delivery of GPS vehicle tracking devices for four vehicles for The South African State Theatre. Bidders should have GPS/telematics, installation capabilities for fleet vehicles, geofencing and real-time tracking platforms, plus the ability to provide SIM connectivity for 24 months and integrated access to the tracking platform. Required registrations/certifications include CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, and B-BBEE documentation.

Requirements

• Proof of National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (MAAA).
• SARS Tax PIN or Tax Compliance Status; ability to submit TCS or CSD number.
• Company registration documents (CK/CIPC) and IDs for directors.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; certified share certificate if claimed.
• Signed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1 (if claiming points).
• POPIA consent form; GCC initialled.
• Ability to deliver and complete installation within five (5) days of PO receipt.
• Compliance with technical specs for GPS devices, real-time tracking, geofencing, and 24-month SIM/data connectivity (included in price).
• Compliance with PPPFA 2022 and related bid conditions; specify price and specific goals.
