Overview

Supply, installation and maintenance of an integrated telecommunications solution for internet service provision, network, and hosted VoIP for 36 months. Bidders should be ICT/telecom integrators capable of end-to-end delivery (infrastructure, connectivity, hosted VoIP) and meet mandatory registrations/certifications (COIDA, ISPA, SARS TCS, CSD) and financial/contract prerequisites.

Requirements

• Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing (compulsory)
• Internet Service Provider’s Association membership in the company name (compulsory)
• Latest three-year comparative audited financial statements
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or equivalent, and CSD registration with up-to-date details
• Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report (not older than 30 days from closing)
• Municipal rates/debt clearance for company and directors (not in arrears > 90 days) including lease/declaration if applicable
• Completion/submission of mandatory returnables (MBD 1–9) and relevant schedules (Schedules 1–8)
• Board resolutions for JV/Consortium where applicable
