Supply, Installation and Maintenance of CCTV and Access Control

Overview

Procurement of the supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems. Suitable for firms with security-system expertise, installation, integration and ongoing maintenance capabilities. Key requirements include CTICC supplier registrations, local-office proximity, and relevant compliance (B-BBEE, tax, MFMA).

Requirements

• Eligibility: registered on CTICC Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to adjudication; JV partners must be registered individually.
• Proximity: established office within 60 km of CTICC; majority of work to be performed from that office.
• Documentation and compliance: tax clearance (SARS) or valid alternative (PIN/TCS), B-BBEE proof, compulsory returnable documents, insurance (Public Liability), and no alternative tender offers.
• Evaluation: minimum functionality score 70; criteria include Tenderer’s Experience (50), Experience of Key Staff (30), Methodology/Project Plan (20); followed by price and preference scoring.
• Briefing and submission: compulsory briefing session; bids must be hard-copy sealed and delivered to Tender Box 2, CTICC 1; e-mail submissions not accepted.

How to Apply

• briefing: compulsory 22 Oct 2026 at 11:30, CTICC 2, Bluebell (see attached tender documents).
• Submission: sealed A4 envelope, clearly marked with bid number and title; deposit into Tender Box 2 at CTICC1; closing date 10 Nov 2026 at 12:00.
• Documents to submit: Returnable Schedules and associated forms (e.g., Bid Submission Checklist, Compulsory Declaration, MBD 9, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, CTICC and CSD registration, Insurance, Minimum Requirements, Tenderer’s Experience, Experience of Key Staff, Methodology/Project Implementation Plan) plus the Pricing Schedule (C2.2) and Contract Form (C1.1). • Document access and fees: request via tender2@cticc.co.za; physical copies at R200 or download from CTICC website.
• Registrations: ensure CTICC Supplier Database and CSD registration before adjudication; SARS tax clearance or TCS PIN required; foreign bidders may need additional questionnaires.
