Overview

Bergrivier Municipality seeks the supply, installation and monitoring of a fleet management, vehicle location and monitoring system for Bergrivier Municipality from 1 February 2026 to 30 June 2029. Bidders should have proven capability in fleet-management platforms, installation, integration and ongoing monitoring for municipal fleets, with compliance to CSD/TCS, VAT and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the Tax Compliance Status PIN/CSD number.
• Provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN and/or CSD registration; foreign bidders must complete the pre-award questions.
• Complete the PPPFA-based preferences: 80/20 (price/BBBEE/specific goals) with BBBEE or sworn affidavit; complete MBD 6.1.
• Submit all MBD forms as required: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10, plus Form of Indemnity and Form of Offer.
• CIDB grading: no specific level/category required.
• Prices must be VAT inclusive and bid valid for 120 days; site/briefing attendance is compulsory.
• Bids must be submitted on official forms, in black ink, no fax/email submissions; documents obtained via Bergrivier website or from specified contact.
• Sufficient SARS VAT registration if contract value exceeds R1,000,000.
