Overview

Procurement of supply, installation and training of wastewater mathematical modelling software. Bidders should be software vendors or system integrators with wastewater modelling project experience, capable of delivering GPS-X Pro+ (Hydromantis) or DHI WEST solutions, and provide at least one reference letter. Submissions close 16 July 2026 at 16:00 via the e-tender portal (RFQJW010NS26-27).

Requirements

• Full completion of the Bill of Quantities/Specification
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable)
• Attach datasheet, reference letter, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality requirements
• No quotes from persons in the service of the state; no blacklisted bidders
• Quotes on PDF, on company letterhead; JV agreements if applicable
• Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Proof of CSD registration / MA Supplier Number
• Valid lease agreement or municipal account (not older than 3 months; not in arrears >90 days)
• All attached MBD returnables completed and signed
