Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; anti-corruption declaration; no debarment.
• Eligibility and qualifications per ITT 4; may tender individually or as a Joint Venture (JV) with joint and several liability; JV representatives must be empowered to act.
