SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF SD-WAN, MPLS AND INTERNET CONNECTIVITY, INCLUDING ASSOCIATED NETWORK EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES

Overview

Procurement of SD-WAN, MPLS and Internet connectivity services, including installation, configuration, testing and commissioning and associated network equipment and accessories for Nairobi City County, with a two-year service term. The open tender invites qualified bidders to supply, install and configure the described services and equipment.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; anti-corruption declarations and a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination;
• Eligibility, joint venture rules, no conflicts of interest; foreign bidders must source at least 40% inputs locally; tax compliance; debarment checks;
• Tender security of KES 420,000 and submission of Form of Tender, schedules, JV agreements where applicable;
• English-language tendering; site visit and pre-tender meeting as per the Tender Document;
• Documentation: conformity evidence and eligibility/qualification documents as required.
