Requirements

• CIDB grading 6EP or higher (Advert 09_2026-2027T...).
• Compliance with bid requirements per the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 (including price and preference criteria; local production/content where applicable).
• Registration on the municipal supplier database, Central Suppliers’ Database, and CIDB (if applicable).
• Compulsory Clarification/briefing meeting: 26 August 2026 at Rhodes Village Zakhele; doors close 12:10.
• Tender validity: 84 days.
• Tenders must be submitted on the bid documentation provided by the municipality; no faxed or emailed submissions; envelope must be clearly marked and deposited in the tender box (see document).
