Overview

Supply, installation, service, repair and replacement of air conditioners in Swellendam Municipality for a 3-year period. The contract targets HVAC contractors capable of supplying and installing air-conditioning units and providing ongoing maintenance and repairs, with compliance to Safe gas-handling certification, SARACCA and SAQCC Gas certifications, and a SARS Tax Compliance PIN; bidders should have at least 2 years’ relevant experience.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS
• Safe gas-handling certification; at least one employee must be certified; valid SARACCA and SAQCC Gas trade certificates
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in installation, repair and service of air conditioners; bidder to complete the experience schedule
• Evidence to be provided as part of the tender submission
