Overview

Supply, Maintenance and Calibration of Medical, Occupational Hygiene and Security Equipment across Eskom Peaking Generation Sites for a period of 5 years. Bidders should be professional-services capable firms with experience in calibration, maintenance and supply of medical, occupational hygiene and PPE/security equipment across multiple industrial sites, and must meet Eskom’s tender prerequisites (CIDB registration and compliance with Eskom’s tender conditions).

Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to supply, calibrate and maintain medical, occupational hygiene and security equipment at multiple Eskom peaking sites. (Scope and equipment types are detailed in the attached scope and PPE/OHS standards.)
• CIDB registration number (with appropriate grade) as required by the Form of Offer.
• Complete and submit the required bid documentation: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, Tax Evaluation Questionnaire (Attachment 24) and Local Content Declarations/CPA requirements (Annexures A–F, G1–G4 as applicable). • Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and related safety/quality requirements (e.g., Life-Saving Rules and Supplier Quality Management requirements). (See Annexures and Attachments in E3559GXPOU and Attachment 8 for supplier quality specs.)
• Attend the non-mandatory clarification meeting (02 October 2026, 10:00; MS Teams) to seek clarifications. (Invitation to Tender.)
