Overview

Supply materials and repair damaged manholes, pavement and storm water drains for Johannesburg Water; open to civil/structural contractors with CIDB Gb 1 or higher. Bidders should have construction capability and register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); respond via the e-tender portal.

Requirements

• CIDB grade Gb 1 or higher.
• Quotations on company letterhead; PDFs only; complete and attach MBD forms and the BOQ/spec where applicable.
• Must be registered on CSD and provide supplier number.
• Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Valid tax clearance certificate.
• Municipal rates/taxes not in arrears (≤ 90 days); provide lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state; no tender defaulters; comply with Johannesburg Water’s supply chain policy.
• Complete returnable Annexures: MBD 3.1 (pricing), MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 6.1 (Preference), MBD 8 (Past SCM), MBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination); provide company registration documents and IDs.
• All documents must be PDF and submitted via the ETender portal (RFQ reference RFQJW034NS26-27).
