• Quotation on company letterhead and in PDF (no MS Word/Excel). (Mandatory Requirements)
• Submit Lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months; ensure address history not >90 days away. (Administrative Requirements)
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; no disqualifying performance history. (Mandatory Requirements)
