Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) number and Unique Registration Reference if applicable.
• CIDB registration/active status (meet the required grading or higher for adjudication).
• Complete and submit all Data Sheets and forms (Data Sheets 1–8) and Annexures A–D, F–G; including MBD 3.x pricing, MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9.
• Compliance with GCC 2015 and related SCM/Preferential Procurement regulations; adherence to 80/20 preferences with 20 points for specific goals (BOE, Youth, location in Msunduzi).
• Delivery within 10 days of Purchase Order; no delivery charges; penalties R500/day for delays.
