Overview

The tender is for the supply of ARVS pediatrics medicines to Kenya, issued as an Open International Tender by KEMSA (GF ATM HIV GC7/OIT01/2026-2027). • Tender security of USD 50,000 or KES 6,500,000; validity aligned with tender period.
• JV considerations: joint liability; single tender per group; nationality and ownership rules.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 27 October 2026 (closing time as per ITT); Pre-bid conference 13 October 2026 at 10:00 (KEMSA, Nairobi) (see attached ITT).
• Submission: sealed tender envelopes deposited in Tender Box No.2 at KEMSA; electronic submission may be allowed per the Tender Data Sheet.
• Documents to submit (Section IV): Form of Tender and Price Schedules, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, Manufacturer's Authorization (if applicable), Joint Venture Agreement (if a JV), proof of eligibility/registration, tax clearance, and any other documents in the TDS.
• Obtain bid documents from kemsa.go.ke or tenders.go.ke; bidders must register via procurement.programs@kemsa.go.ke for clarifications and addenda (see ITT).
