SUPPLY OF FUEL, COOKING GAS AND LUBRICANTS

Overview

Procurement of the supply of fuel, cooking gas and lubricants for Bomet Central Technical and Vocational College (open two-year contract). Open to all qualified bidders of petroleum products, LPG/cooking gas, lubricants, and related services, with eligibility per PPRA rules and Kenyan registration requirements.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications as per Sections III–IV (including evidence of qualifications, manufacturer authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods, and representation if not Kenyan-based).
• Tender security or Tender-Securing Declaration; page serialization of all tender documents.
• Tax clearance certificate or exemption as required by Kenyan law; compliance with PPRA rules and debarment checks.
• No conflicts of interest; compliance with anti-corruption and fair competition provisions; JV rules if forming a joint venture.
• Conformity to technical specifications and proof of eligibility of goods and related services.
• English language requirement for tenders and documents.
