Overview

The tender seeks the supply of fuel, installation, management and maintenance of an integrated electronic fleet management system. Bidders with experience in fuel supply operations, fleet-management software/hardware deployment, and ongoing maintenance should consider bidding. Bidders must be registered on the NMBM supplier database and will submit on official municipal bid forms. The briefing/clarification will be held at the indicated PE address.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality supplier database (proof required).
• All bids must be submitted on official forms provided by the Municipality.
• Tender fee of R1,739.19 must be paid with proof of payment submitted.
• Attendance at a compulsory briefing/site meeting; late arrivals (beyond 10 minutes) are not admitted.
• Tender validity: 90 days from closing.
• Submissions must be in sealed envelopes, clearly stating contract number and description; tender box drop-off during office hours; public opening after 11:00 on the closing date.

• Where to submit: sealed bids to the Tender Box at Harrower Road or 17 Sellick Street, Kariega (8:00–16:00, weekdays).
• Briefing/clarification session: compulsory site meeting at the stated Harrower Road address (PE); ensure timely attendance per policy.
