Supply of Licenses and Support of Google Workspace Enterprise Standard and Google Vault Services for SARAO for a period 12 months, with an option to renew for a period of 6 months

The NRF/SARAO invites bids to supply 650 Google Workspace Enterprise Standard licenses and 40 Google Vault licenses for SARAO for 12 months, with an option to renew for 6 months, including 60 hours of telephonic support. Bidders should be IT services organisations with Google Workspace reseller certification and certified Google Workspace Administrators, capable of delivering across SARAO locations (including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Hartebeeshoek, Carnarvon, Klerefontein, MeerKAT site, and remote staff). The contract requires a two-envelope submission, full licensing with 5TB per user storage, and service levels, with price and preference scoring (80/20).
