SUPPLY OF LIVE LINE RUBBER GOODS

Overview

KENYA POWER & LIGHTING COMPANY invites bids for the SUPPLY OF LIVE LINE RUBBER GOODS. This Open Tender seeks supply of live-line rubber goods (electrical protection/insulation items) for distribution network maintenance. Bidders may be private entities, individuals or joint ventures and must comply with the PPADA, competition rules and regulatory requirements outlined in the tender documents. Requirements

• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, Tax Compliance Certificate, PIN, CBQ, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if applicable), audits, capacity and GLT declarations, past performance references, and conformity evidence to technical specs.
• Certifications/standards: ISO 9001 or KEBS Diamond/Standardization Mark; test certificates; country-of-origin declarations; full supporting documentation for eligibility and conformity.
