Overview

Supply of medical equipment under a two-year framework agreement for the Bungoma County Government; open to all bidders. Requirements

• Open eligibility to all bidders; joint ventures allowed with joint and several liability.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents free of charge from the County website (www.bungoma.go.ke) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (https://www.tenders.go.ke) – (SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT).
• Prepare the Tender to ITT requirements: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, JV documents if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization, tax clearance, and conformity/evidence of eligibility.
• Submit a hard-copy Tender to the County Chief Officer of Health by 25 August 2026 at 08:00. Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at MASINDE MULIRO STADIUM, 1st Floor Cabinet Boardroom, Kanduyi; late tenders will be rejected.
• Submission must be sealed and serialized; include ORIGINAL and COPIES as specified. Public tender opening will occur immediately after the deadline.
