Overview

Supply of Promotional and Branding Materials for merSETA (3-year contract). The scope covers a broad range of branded goods (bags, pens, USB drives, stationery, apparel, banners, and related items) to be procured and delivered to MerSETA Head Office as orders are placed.

Requirements

• Compliance with South African public procurement requirements (SDB forms, CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, BBBEE where applicable, and JV options where relevant).
• CSD registration and valid tax clearance; provide CSD number.
• BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) and, if a JV, consolidated BBBEE documentation.
• Deliverables to include company profile, graphic designer CV, account manager CV, and client reference letters (2018–date).
• Fully completed Pricing Schedule for the entire contract duration and authority to sign; JV agreements where applicable.
• Additional: active CIPC registration or equivalent documentation may be required; attendance at the non-compulsory briefing is noted but not mandatory.

• Submissions close: 20 November 2026 at 12:00; late submissions not accepted.
• Submission method: 1 bound hardcopy + 1 USB copy; delivered to the Tender Box at Ground Floor Reception, 8 Hillside Road, Metropolitan Park Block C, Parktown, Johannesburg 2193 (sealed envelopes).
• Documents to submit (as per checklist): SDB 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Pricing Schedule; Authority to Sign/Delegation; CSD registration; Joint Venture documentation if applicable; BBBEE documentation; company profile; CVs; reference letters; and any required certifications (CIPC, CSD, SARS). Documents are available from 16 Oct 2026 via the tender bulletin (Invitation to Bid) and must be submitted in the prescribed format.
