Supply of Promotional & Branding Materials

Overview

Procurement and delivery of promotional and branding materials for merSETA over an approximate 3-year contract. The scope covers sourcing a wide range of items (bags, stationery, drinkware, USBs, caps, apparel, banners, career booklets, etc.), with artwork provided by merSETA, and delivery to the Head Office within 21 working days from order. Bidders should have experience in promotional-material procurement, branding/print management, and logistics, with BBBEE credentials. Requirements

• Mandatory admin documents: SDB 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Pricing Schedule; SARS Tax Compliance (via CSD); Certificate of Authority/Delegation; CSD registration; attendance at briefing (if applicable); active CIPC registration.
• Stage 2 functionality: company profile, graphic designer CV, account manager CV, verifiable client references; minimum 60% functionality to progress; physical samples for shortlisted items may be required (cotton backpacks, stationery, career booklet, banners).
• Evaluation & compliance: three-stage process (Mandatory Admin, Functionality, Price/Preference); 80/20 price-preference with BBEE goals; compliance with PFMA/PPPFA and anti-corruption/independence requirements; JV/consortium rules apply for BBEE and signing authority.

• Submission: 1 bound bid proposal + 1 USB with full proposal, by 12:00 on 20 November 2026; hand-deliver to 8 Hillside Road, Metropolitan Park Block C, Parktown, Johannesburg 2193; no fax/email submissions.
• Briefing: Non-compulsory briefing session on 30 October 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams.
