Overview

Supply of White Fleet Trucks Spares to OEM specification for a period of 6 months. Eskom invites bids from suppliers of OEM-compatible truck spares and related maintenance for its Bulk Material Services (BMS) Mobile plant, with online submission via Eskom’s Tender Bulletin. Closing is 05 November 2026 at 10:00 SA time, and no compulsory briefing is held; Q&A will be posted on Eskom portals.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: meet Eskom’s Standard Conditions of Tender; not restricted; valid CSD and tax clearance; submission of required SBD forms; JV requirements where applicable; proof of B-BBEE status and, if subcontracting, designated-group involvement.
• Documentation: provide mandatory tender returnables (SBDs, annexures, and procurement forms) including JV agreements if applicable, proof of B-BBEE status, sub-contractor details and sub-contracting intents; CSD number; anti-corruption and integrity declarations.
• Pre-qualification: B-BBEE level, EME/QSE status or compliant subcontracting arrangements (minimum 30% to EMEs/QSEs designated groups).
