SUPPLY, REFURBISHMENT, TESTING, COMMISSIONING, AND DELIVERY OF FLUID DRIVES USED IN INDUSTRIAL ROTATING EQUIPMENT FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (05) YEARS AT MATLA POWER STATION

Overview

Supply, refurbishment, testing, commissioning, and delivery of fluid drives used in industrial rotating equipment for Matla Power Station over five years. Bidders should have mechanical/electrical engineering capability, fluid-drive refurbishment/testing/commissioning experience, and field-service delivery for power-station spares. Key credentials include ISO 9001 quality management, CIDB registration, and CPA/local-content compliance; bidders must meet Eskom tender conditions and safety/environmental requirements.

Requirements

• ISO 9001 quality management system with related QA artifacts (Form A ISO 9001 requirements) (Form A Tender Contract Quality Requirements-Fluid Drives ITTa.pdf).
• Capability to supply, refurbish, test, commission and deliver fluid drives, restoring OEM performance with required documentation (Fluid Drive Scope Of Work - ITT.pdf).
• CIDB registration at an appropriate level and CPA/local-content declarations (Annexures E/F, SBDs as per Invitation to Tender Fluid Drives).
• Conformity with Eskom standard tender conditions, procurement policies, health and safety (permit to work, induction) and environmental management (EMS ISO14001).
• PAYE/Tax, vendor vetting and local-content documentation as part of supplier evaluation (PAYE templates, SDL&I templates in the ITT suite).
