Overview

This RFQ seeks quotations for the design, printing, removal and installation of large-format outdoor banners, A1 Snapper frames and vinyl stickers across Iziko Museums sites. Suitable bidders are service providers with proven large-format printing, banner installation (heritage-site aware), permit handling, OH&S compliance, and ability to work across Iziko sites (Slave Lodge, ISANG, ISAM). Price will be evaluated under the 80/20 system.

Requirements

• Portfolio: submit at least 6 relevant large-format printing projects (mandatory)
• Key personnel: CVs showing at least 3 years graphic design experience (minimum 3 CVs) (mandatory)
• References: 3 signed letters from previous clients on client letterhead with contact details (mandatory)
• Administrative documents: Central Supplier Database report with supplier number and tax status pin; detailed pricing structure on company letterhead including VAT; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed RFQ document
• OH&S and现场 work: evidence of Occupational Health and Safety compliance; note that cherry picker/hoist/scaffolding costs must be included in installation
• Deliverables: final print-ready artwork (JPEG/PNG/PDF), editable design files (Canva/Open format), digital versions for web/social, proofs for approval

• Documents to submit: completed RFQ; SBD4 and SBD6.1 annexures; CSD details; pricing schedule (including VAT); B-BBEE documentation; signed RFQ
• Pre-qualifications: CSD supplier number and tax status pin; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Briefing/site: site visit is listed as N/A; briefing address for any in-person matters is 25 Queen Victoria Street, Cape Town 8000 (per metadata)
