Overview

Bergrivier Municipality invites bids for the supply, servicing, delivery and installation of fire extinguishers for Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2029. Suitably qualified service providers with fire-safety equipment, servicing and installation expertise are invited to bid; a compulsory briefing is required and bids are evaluated on a PPPFA 80/20 basis (price 80, specific goals 10, BBBEE 10). Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and submission of a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Pin/CSD number.
• Tax compliance and SARS PIN submission; foreign suppliers may need a TCS questionnaire.
• Original or certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; score affects BBBEE points.
• Attendance at the compulsory site briefing (26 Aug 2026, 11:00, Traffic Department, 13 Vervoer Crescent, Piketberg).
• Bids must be on official forms, VAT-inclusive pricing, and valid for 120 days; CIDB grading not required.
• Submit on time to the Bergrivier Municipal tender box; late or non-compliant bids will be disqualified.
