Overview

Procurement of one ORTEC TB-018-150-200 particle detector (or equivalent) and delivery to iThemba LABS in Gauteng. This RFQ targets suppliers of particle detectors/nuclear instrumentation with capability to supply, deliver within lead times, and meet PPPFA/BBEE requirements; including CSD registration and related compliance.

Requirements

• Product: ORTEC TB-018-150-200 or equivalent; quantity 1; delivery to iThemba LABS (Gauteng) with VAT-inclusive pricing; price valid 60 days.
• Compliance: CSD registration (National Treasury), tax compliance; provide CSD Summary Report and tax PIN verification.
• Documentation: Complete SBD 4 (Bidder disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim) with BBBEE evidence; provide product datasheets/technical literature meeting RFQ specs.
• Preferences: 80/20 evaluation (price 80; specific goals 20) under PPPFA 2022; proof of BBBEE level required for specific goals.
• Conditions: Firm delivery period; no late proposals; payment terms 30 days from receipt of invoice; advance payments require a payment guarantee.
