Overview

This tender seeks ongoing support and maintenance for HSRC’s security systems (Access Control and CCTV) at Pretoria offices. Eligible bidders should have corporate/industrial installation and maintenance experience, be able to replace obsolete equipment with warranties, and manage IQTech Access Manager and Hikvision CCTV components. The current setup includes 27 access devices and 57 CCTV cameras, with quarterly maintenance and potential on-site installations for multiple floors (13th, 11th, 10th, and library door).

Requirements

• Compulsory Physical Site Visit/Briefing (HSRC Pretoria).

• CIDB grade 1EB (Electrical Engineering) registration.

• Functional evaluation: total 100 points; minimum threshold 70 (evaluated on Solution Compliance 50, Experience/References 20, Project Approach 20, Project Resources 10).
• Experience and references: RSA clients, last 5 years; letters on client letterhead, signed; project counts influence scoring.
• Mandatory documents: complete SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) and SBD 4 Annexure A (Bidder’s Disclosure); CSD linkage; OEM/OSM proof (see attached forms).
