Overview

Supply and delivery of clean pine gel, gel soap and black disinfectant to Johannesburg Water (Ennerdale area), including brand names, datasheets and testing. This RFQ targets cleaning chemicals suppliers capable of delivering 25L products to 2 James Street, Ennerdale, Johannesburg. Eligible bidders include cleaning chemicals/providers with product datasheets, manufacturer datasheets and testing evidence; preference points apply for SMMEs that are 51%+ black owned.

Requirements

• Full completion of the Bill of Quantities and specifications.
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable).
• Attach datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and meeting functionality requirements (where applicable).
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; not blacklisted.
• Quotes must be on PDF, on company letterhead; where applicable, submit Joint Venture agreements.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; provide lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months if required.
• Submit MBD forms (e.g., MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) as applicable.
• Provide manufacture datasheets and brand names for all items; samples may be requested for unfamiliar items.
• Submit documentation to support specific goals (SMME 51%+ black-owned), as required.

• Documents to complete and submit:
  • Original valid Tax Clearance Certificate
  • BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
  • Municipal rates and taxes evidence (not older than 90 days)
  • MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 6.1 (Preference Points claim), MBD 8 (Declaration of Bidder’s SCM Practices), MBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination)
  • CSD registration / Supplier Number
  • Company registration documents with IDs of directors
  • Lease agreement or municipal account (where required)
  • Datasheets, brand names, and any samples (as requested)
  • Any joint venture agreements (if applicable)
• Briefing: attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable) – details may be in the RFQ (see document).

• Additional: Quotes must be on company letterheads; all taxes included; datasheet compulsory (failure to provide may disqualify). POPIA/privacy notices govern data handling.
