Overview

Johannesburg Water seeks quotations for the supply and delivery of soap powder, facial soap bars, deodorant, galvanised buckets, toilet granules, and toilet paper. Suitable bidders are suppliers of cleaning and personal-care products with delivery capability to Johannesburg Water, able to provide datasheets and brand names, and compliant with CSD registration, BBBEE, and tax-clearance requirements.

Requirements

• Full completion of Bill of Quantities/Specifications
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable)
• Attach datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality evidence (where applicable)
• No quotes from persons in the service of the state; not blacklisted by National Treasury
• Quotes on PDF, on company letterhead
• Submit Joint Venture agreement if applicable
• Returnable documents: tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates, MBD forms (4/6.1/8/9), proof of CSD registration, lease or municipal statement, etc.
• Provide manufacture datasheets and brand names for all items (samples/datasheets may be requested)
• Must be able to meet SMME-specific goal: 51%+ black-owned by Black People

• Submission method: via the E-tender Portal (etenders.gov.za); login with CSD credentials; attach compulsory documents
• Documents to submit (from attached RFQ): datasheet for all items, brand names, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, completed MBD forms, tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD Supplier Number, lease/municipal proof, company on letterhead
