Overview

Procurement of on-site surface water quality monitoring for Ntabelanga Dam in the Eastern Cape for 24 months, including in-situ sampling, laboratory analyses, data interpretation and reporting, and transport. Bidders should be environmental monitoring firms or laboratories with SACNASP/ECSA registration, SANS laboratory accreditation, SARS tax compliance, CSD registration, and B-BBEE capability; must operate within the Eastern Cape and meet the PPPFA 80/20 framework.

• Annexures: Completed Percentage Ownership Affidavit (Annexure 1) and Location of Enterprise Affidavit (Annexure 2) with proof (WTE1043CE).
• Pricing and technical: Complete Phase 3 (8x In-Situ Sampling, 8x Laboratory Analyses, 8x Reporting, 8x Transport) and sign Pricing Data (WTE1043CE).
• Specific-goals claims (for 20 points): provide proof (Annexures 1/2 and B-BBEE documents) per SBD6.1 (SBD 6.1).
