SZ.40 READVERT: Supply and delivery of headwear in UMW.Closed

Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of headwear in UMW (uShaka Marine World), including branded caps, hats, visors, and related items as detailed in RFQ SZ 40 READVERT. Bidders should be service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal, with capability in headwear sourcing, embroidery/branding, packaging, and compliance (tax, registrations).

Requirements

• Bidder must be registered on CSD and the eThekwini Supplier Portal.
• Submit tax clearance or SARS TCS PIN/number (foreign bidders to complete Part B:3; separate TCS for consortia/subs; if no TCS, provide CSD number).
• Complete and submit official bid documents (MBD1 Part A, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and, if successful, sign MBD7 contract.
• Compulsory Site Briefing: 06 October 2026, 10:00 at Next to Guest Information Centre.
• Bids must be deposited in sealed envelopes in the Guest Information Centre tender box by closing time (09 October 2026, 11:00). Public bid opening.
• Preference points apply (80/20 or 90/10 depending on system used); specific goals for race may apply; proof may be required.
• For each item, comply with the headwear specifications and branding/packaging requirements as listed in the RFQ.
