Overview

Supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for a period of 36 months to Knysna Municipality. Requirements

• Submit bids on official forms, completed in black ink, on USB copy included (T-18-of-2026.27-Tender-Document.pdf).
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate (MBD 2); SARS e-Filing option available; original certificate must accompany bid.
• Original/valid B-BBEE status certificate (MBD 6.1) or certified copy submitted with bid.
• Registration on the Municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database and on CSD.
• CIDB registration not applicable for this tender.
• Provide five reference letters (min. R1,000,000 each) and a Labour Good Standing letter.
• Samples may be requested from shortlisted bidders.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 preference with BBBEE; 180 days bid validity (may be extended by the Municipality).
