Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of pre-manufactured pavilions to rural areas (Wellington, Rawsonville, Ceres, Hermon and Worcester). Suitable bidders are manufacturers/suppliers of prefabricated structures with the capacity to supply and deliver to remote districts, and to meet administrative requirements (B-BBEE, tax compliance, supplier database registration).

Requirements

• Valid bid validity period of 180 days.
• Registration on the CWDM Accredited Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database; annual updates.
• Complete the official tender documents in BLACK ink; no Tipp-ex corrections.
• Authorised signatory with a supporting Board/partners’ resolution attached.
• Compulsory site/information meetings (if specified).
• B-BBEE status verification certificates; EMEs/QSEs may qualify for points and must provide supporting affidavits if applicable.
• Tax matters in order: Tax Clearance Status PIN (and SARS VAT registration if contract value exceeds thresholds); Tax Compliance Pin for consortiums.
• Municipal rates/accounts, Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act.
• Protection of Personal Information considerations apply to submissions.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 11:00 on 24 July 2026 (T 2026/005 Tender Document Final.pdf).
• Submission method: Duly sealed envelopes endorsed with the tender number/description; placed in the CWDM tender box at 29 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch.
• Documents to submit: Completed MBD forms and annexures (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1/7.2, MBD8, MBD9, etc.) plus BBBEE, Tax Clearance Pin, Tax Compliance Pin, municipal accounts, and Good Standing where required (document references in the tender package).
• Pre-qualifications: CWDM Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database registrations; POPI considerations acknowledged; local penalty/preference criteria (locality and BBBEE) as per Annexures.
• Briefing: Site/Information meetings, if specified, are compulsory (attendance required).
